I'mso over the debate you people want to make up that sex nd gender are seperate just cause you want us to believe it is--- Biological sex in humans is binary and immutable. No chemical, hormonal, or surgical intervention can change a person’s sex. Claims that gender is a fluid social construct, or that medical procedures can transform a male into a female (or vice versa), are not supported by reproductive biology.
A person’s sex is defined by the type of gamete their body is organised to produce: sperm for males, ova for females. This organisation is established early in development and is not rewritten by later medical intervention. The total surgical removal or alteration of genitals does not change sex. A man who loses his genitals in a workplace accident remains an adult human male. A woman who loses her breasts to cancer, or who never developed breasts, remains an adult human female. The same principle applies to elective procedures: removing or reconstructing tissue does not convert one sex into the other.
These points rest on observable biology, not political preference. Assertions that chemicals or surgery can change sex, or that gender is purely a social construct disconnected from biology, conflict with the evidence of human reproductive anatomy, genetics, and development.
Additional biological clarification
In humans, as in other sexually reproducing species, sex is binary because there are only two gamete types. The great majority of people are unambiguously male (typically XY chromosomes and a developmental pathway organised around small gametes) or female (typically XX chromosomes and a pathway organised around large gametes). Disorders of sex development are rare medical conditions. They are developmental variations within the two sexes; they do not create additional sexes or turn sex into a continuum.
Cross-sex hormones and surgeries can alter secondary sex characteristics, suppress the body’s own hormone production, remove organs, and construct tissue that more closely resembles the opposite sex’s outward appearance. They cannot produce functional opposite-sex gametes, alter chromosomal sex, or convert a male reproductive system into a female one (or the reverse). The underlying biological category remains unchanged.
The word “gender” has been used in different ways. In ordinary and historical usage it has often been synonymous with sex. In some academic and activist frameworks it has been redefined as an internal sense of identity or a set of social roles independent of biology. That redefinition is a conceptual claim, not a finding of biology. It is possible to recognise that some individuals experience persistent distress about their sexed body without accepting that subjective identity overrides the material reality of sex.
The conclusion that sex is binary and immutable follows directly from reproductive biology. It does not depend on political alignment.
