Na tukisema those sentences should be harsh, people start bringing up nonsense. This guy walked free while his victim was still underage! Her abuser was never fully removed from her life. That is insane. I have no words for that family.
Around 2008, a guy was found to have defiled a nursery school kid.
He didn't deny it. He was taken to court & the kids father had the audacity to say in court that wamemsamehea coz ni jirani.
The court was pleased to know that the families were in good terms but it let them know that mtoto ni wa serikali.
The guy got ten years.

My cousin needed a catheter for dialysis but the only place he could get it was at a public hospital cos private hospitals were too expensive. He was a boda guy. He missed dialysis twice while looking for funds. He died a week later. Early this year when there was a strike at KNH
