What I will explain here would be a doozy, but bear with me. In this SSR I translated, both NeoUni and Earth speak cryptically, but it's actually one of the most heartwarming messages in the entire game, in NeoUni's way.
The Pixel Art in this SSR is what we call the Arecibo Message—a binary radio transmission sent into space toward the globular cluster M13 to communicate with extraterrestrial life. In the original Arecibo Message, it depicts humans, but Uni changed it to an Umamusume and a Child Umamusume.
Why? The answer is in the binary code: 10000010010. If we treat 10000010010 as a binary number and convert it to hexadecimal (base-16), or split it into standard 4-bit binary code, it reads 412. The real-world racehorse Sounds of Earth (and the Umamusume character) was born on April 12 (4th Month, 12th - The day Yuri Gagarin went to Space also reason why Sounds is named like that).
Then Uni explain Close Encounter: Referencing Steven Spielberg's 1977 sci-fi classic Close Encounters of the Third Kind, where humanity makes first contact with aliens through a 5-note musical melody (connecting to Sounds of Earth's love of music).
The 1/40000 is basically a reference to the famous number calculated by British astronomer Sir Fred Hoyle (and Chandra Wickramasinghe) in Evolution from Space (1981). Hoyle calculated that the probability of the 2,000 complex enzymes required for cellular life assembling purely by random chance on Earth was 1 in 10^(40,000). So, in an Orwellian manner, Uni wants to say that the two of them existing, meeting, and connecting in this world is a miracle on the scale of life itself arising in the universe.
And Musica Sphera referencing Musica Universalis (the ancient Pythagorean concept of the "Music of the Spheres"—the idea that the movements of planets and stars create a cosmic symphony).
Adding all of them, Uni ultimately said to Sounds:
Out of the impossible odds— 1 in 10^(40,000) in the cosmos—my space probe has finally made musical first contact with you, my precious April 12th child, and together we make the Music of the Spheres.
And of course, Sounds, who can communicate with Neo, ultimately can only say: Such exquisite musica… Every note has reached me.
