Yes, in 2027, if he was willing to play out his contract with the Steelers this season, and was able to sign a top-dollar free agent contract next spring. And they don't intend to sign another offsetting FA contract next spring. I think the idea that Pickens was going to be OK with not getting paid this offseason was always fairly far-fetched.
