Calibrating Narabi on USDe was a deliberate choice. We made it a few days ago.
Ethena is partnering with @Binance as our first venue for the extension of the basis trade into equity perpetuals, one of the most exciting updates to the USDe collateral backing since launch. This expands the addressable market of underlying collateral from $2.5 trillion of crypto to $150 trillion+ of real-world assets. As part of the partnership, bStocks will serve as tokenized spot collateral, hedged with Binance USDT-denominated equity perpetuals - the same delta-neutral structure Ethena has securely executed across crypto assets since inception. Importantly, Binance provides lower ADL priority for eligible delta-neutral accounts including Ethena's, adding another layer of risk mitigation for USDe holders. Binance equity basis has averaged ~11%+ annualized over the past 6 months, while open interest has grown on average ~30% per month in the last 3 month period. We expect the market opportunity size for equity perpetuals to far exceed the $15b+ of crypto perpetuals captured by Ethena last cycle. Allocations begin today.

1/ πŸ”” Tokenized stocks keep trading after Wall Street closes, overnight, and all weekend. Nobody keeps a public record of those hours. Bell does. Here's what's live, what comes next, and why the real Bell is taking shape now πŸ§΅πŸ‘‡ 2/ πŸ“ Live today at bell.monarkgate.tech: four tokenized stocks (TSLAx, NVDAx, AAPLx, SPYx), three sessions a day. After-hours πŸŒ†, overnight πŸŒ™, and the weekend as one long stretch from Friday close to Sunday night πŸ“… 3/ 🧾 Each line tells you four things: πŸ“ the gap: how far the token traded from its last real close πŸ’΅ the price: volume-weighted over the session πŸ“Š the volume: how much moved vs a normal day of the real stock β›” the halts: when trading was stopped 4/ 🀫 Bell never invents a number. If a session couldn't be read, the line carries a named abstention instead, and the count of abstentions is published with the numbers. Every time. That's the whole discipline: it abstains, so it can act βœ‹ 5/ πŸ” Every line is signed and names the line before it. Manifests are timestamped in Bitcoin β‚Ώ. Anyone with a copy can re-check the whole history with one script, no account, no key. Keep a copy: your copy is what makes any rewrite visible πŸ‘€ 6/ ⏭️ What comes next, in order. 1️⃣ Every session, every day: Bell runs on its own after each close. What it brings: a continuous record you can rely on daily, not a snapshot someone starts by hand. This is where Bell stops being a demo and becomes a record πŸ“š 7/ 2️⃣ Splits, dividends, delistings βœ‚οΈπŸ’Έ. What it brings: a gap that stays right through a split, and a line that says the exact day a token stopped tracking its stock. Corporate actions are where most "tokenized stock" data quietly breaks. Bell will say so, on the record. 8/ 3️⃣ The same stock on a second chain ⛓️⛓️. Ethereum next, same method, another issuer. What it brings: one company read two ways, so you can compare issuers and venues, not just prices. 9/ 4️⃣ More stocks, the same care πŸ”. From four names toward the whole tokenized-equity universe. Each new name enters only after its own study on chain, so the record stays worth reading. 10/ 🧭 Where it goes: Robinhood Chain, Base, BSC, more issuers, one method for all of them so lines stay comparable across chains. And Koyomi πŸ€–: the weekend gap becomes something an agent can act on through the MONARK gate. Commit, defer, or abstain, with Bell's line as the evidence. 11/ πŸ“‚ Everything is a plain file, made to be read by people and by programs: /bell, state.json, timeline.jsonl, provenance.json, the public key and the verifier. No date is promised; every status is read from the register. Attested. Adaptive. Gated. Metered. πŸ¦‹

Community notice. We are moving on several fronts at once. You can see them on Monark Building. The first thing we ship is the DOJO. This is the phase where the incentive runs both ways: the value of the token, and the ecosystem. The clearest way to show what we are building is to put a ready agent in the hands of every member of the community. Holders will not receive an empty agent. It comes with inference already paid at @UsePodAI , and it uses tools that already exist in the @clawpumptech ecosystem. Until that is live, treat anything that is not this official page as unverified, and watch for spam. Other discussion channels will open only to people who can prove they hold, so the spammers stay out.

🧠 WHY INFERENCE ALONE IS NOT ENOUGH IN FINANCE In most fields, a good model is the product. A classifier that reads scans at expert level is useful the day it ships, because the tumour does not change its behaviour once it has been classified. Finance is not like that, for four structural reasons. 1️⃣ The object moves when you predict it. A pattern that predicts price is traded on, and the trading removes the pattern. The test distribution is shaped by the predictors themselves. No other sector trains on data that its own predictions rewrite. 2️⃣ The inputs are claims, not measurements. A thermometer does not lie. A price feed is a statement by a party with a position. Stale, thin, manipulated or simply offline, the input is testimony before it is data. Inference built on unexamined testimony inherits its incentives. 3️⃣ The loss is asymmetric and the errors cluster. Being right ninety nine days out of a hundred is worthless if the hundredth day is the run. Calibration is learned in calm and tested in panic, which is exactly when the exchangeability behind any coverage claim breaks. 4️⃣ Acting is irreversible. A misclassified image is relabelled tomorrow. A liquidation, a redemption or a settled trade is final, and the money has already moved by the time anyone asks what the model knew. ⚠️ So in finance a point prediction is not a product. It is a liability with a decimal point. What inference needs around it is a discipline. 🧾 Attest the inputs before you infer from them: what each source said, when, under a quorum of independent operators, with digests anyone can recompute. πŸ“ Return a set, not a point, valid at a stated rate under a stated assumption, and say when the assumption breaks. βœ‹ Make abstention a legitimate output with a metered budget, so that not acting is cheaper than pretending. 🚫 Never emit a probability of being right, because in an adversarial market that number is the easiest thing to game. βš™οΈ That discipline is what we built the MONARK engine to enforce, and what any agent plugged into it inherits: it attests, it bounds, it abstains, it pays for every call and it leaves a trail. It cannot bluff, because the engine has no output for bluffing. πŸ”© Engine first. Body later.

πŸŽ‰πŸ›οΈ We are pleased to share that our comment letter on SEC File No. 4-927 is now public on sec.gov. πŸ“ We answered Questions 1, 3, 5 and 6 of the Sept. 17 exemptive order on tokenized NMS stocks with what MONARK Bell measures: a public, signed record of how tokens tracking U.S. equities trade on public ledgers while U.S. markets are closed, and the method behind it. πŸ” We suggest four properties the Commission could expect from a venue's transaction data, so that a third party can recompute what a venue reports: recomputable from the ledger, named abstention, signed and chained digests, dated periods. Bell applies them to its own records, with its limits declared. πŸ“‹ All comments received on File No. 4-927: sec.gov/rules-regulations/pu… πŸ“„ Our letter, as filed: sec.gov/comments/4-927/4927-… 🧾 Proof: the file served by the SEC has SHA 256 76261d1edd706027ed82587138f28c4267428ba5977c918ba5ef234cf66f512c, the same digest as the copy we submitted on Sept. 24. $MONARK JUST TOOK A BIG STEP FORWARD. The team has now publicly filed its comment letter on SEC File No. 4-927, directly addressing the SEC’s questions around tokenized NMS stocks and on-chain trading. What I like here is that they’re not just throwing opinions around β€” MONARK Bell is built around measurable, replayable data from public ledgers. They’re proposing standards around recomputable transaction data, named abstention, signed/chained records and clearly dated periods. This is the kind of development I wanted to see from $MONARK. Build β†’ measure β†’ publish. The project is starting to operate on a much bigger playing field. 🦾 NFA. DYOR. These prices are free IMOπŸ‘€ FYZcYCHSp8FzNba1UtDZydKKGosmxVNpFBiVuia38AhT

1/ πŸ§±βœ… Step one is closed. πŸ”” Bell and πŸ₯‹ Ukemi are live, served, and signed ✍️. From here on, we only add βž•. Here is exactly what each smart piece serves today, and what comes next. πŸ§΅πŸ‘‡ 2/ πŸ”” Bell today πŸ“œ A public, signed record of how tokenized U.S. equities trade on a public ledger while New York is closed πŸŒ™. πŸ“Š Served now: TSLAx, AAPLx, SPYx. πŸ”— Two signed publications, chained line by line. ⛓️ The latest record is anchored in a Bitcoin block, readable by anyone πŸ‘€. 3/ πŸ”” Bell next βž• Only additions: more stocks πŸ“ˆ. πŸ” Same method, same signature, same anchoring. Each new symbol joins the record; nothing served changes. πŸ“© Want a symbol? The request template is on the Bell page. 4/ πŸ₯‹ Ukemi today πŸ›‘οΈ The liquidation eligible coverage class of the gate. βœ… One stratum is committed and served: the gate serves a conformal upper bound on the liquidable amount. On every other stratum it abstains πŸ™…, and says so. πŸ”’ The calibration points, the bound margin and the calibration digest are on the page, read from the committed files, never typed ✍️❌. 5/ πŸ₯‹ Ukemi next βž• Only additions: task classes πŸ—‚οΈ. 🧩 More strata, more collateral types, each committed one at a time, each with its own calibration and its own abstention rule. No stratum is served before it is calibrated ⏳. 6/ 🌊 Narabi today πŸ‘ƒ It senses redemption run velocity from the attested on chain flow of a stablecoin πŸ’΅. πŸ“… Its adaptive quantile tracker publishes a replayable daily timeline, stepped by an off tool sentinel πŸ•°οΈ. 7/ 🌊 Narabi next βž• Only additions: task classes πŸ—‚οΈ. πŸ’΅πŸ’Ά More stablecoins, more flow classes, each attested and calibrated before it is served βœ…. 8/ 🎯 Hikae today πŸšͺ The gate itself: coverage controlled inference. It commits a decision when a class is calibrated βœ…, and abstains when it is not πŸ™…. πŸ”Œ Served now: the committed decision class, the stable run class, and bring your own calibration πŸŽ’. 9/ πŸ‘οΈ Shōgen today 🧾 Attested perception: an attested price testimony, filed into every verdict of the gate βš–οΈ. 10/ πŸ“ The rule that never changes 🧱 A smart piece is "built" only when its output is served and covered by an end to end test πŸ§ͺ. ⏳ What is upcoming stays upcoming on our pages. 🚫 Never a score, never a probability of being right. 11/ πŸ₯‹ What is next for the platform 🏯 The Dōjō. Holders get an agent πŸ€–, the agent trains in paper trading πŸ“, and the snapshots πŸ“Έ will be visible to everyone on our platform. πŸ”” Bell gets stocks πŸ“ˆ. πŸ₯‹ Ukemi and 🌊 Narabi get task classes πŸ—‚οΈ. πŸ₯‹ One more thing about the Dōjō. If an agent does well in the Dōjō, we learn almost nothing. Good runs are cheap; markets hand them out for free most of the time. So the Dōjō also runs task classes: replays of real past episodes. The traps. The cascades of liquidations. The violent moves. The hacks. The days when everyone lost. We push the agents into those episodes on purpose, and we want them to fail. The bad scores are the data. The exact range of decisions where an agent breaks is what we isolate, and that range is what the MONARK engine is built to bound. An agent never graduates for good. As new tools, task classes and strategies are added, it goes back to the Dōjō and fails again, somewhere new. Train on the worst days. Calibrate on the failures. Serve the bound.
