/6 - First, understand the project Ask yourself: - What does the project actually do? - What problem is it solving? - Why does the token exist? - Is anyone actually using it? - Does it have a real product? If you can’t explain the project in simple words, take a step back.

/6 - Then check the tokenomics Price alone tells you very little. Look at: - Market cap - Circulating supply - Total & max supply - Upcoming unlocks - Team/insider allocation A $0.01 token isn’t automatically cheaper than a $100 token. Supply matters.

/6 - Follow the money Now check whether real activity is happening. Look at: - Trading volume - TVL, if relevant - Revenue & fees - Market cap vs revenue - Liquidity A large market cap with very little real activity deserves a closer look.

/6 - Check if the project is still active A project can look great on paper and still be inactive. Check: - GitHub/development activity - Recent developer updates - X activity - Community growth - Partnerships - Product updates A nice website means very little if the team isn’t building.

/6 - Finally, look for the red flags Before buying, check for: -Large upcoming unlocks - Heavy insider allocation - Low liquidity - Anonymous team - Past hacks/security issues - Unrealistic promises These don’t automatically mean a project is bad, but they are things you should investigate.

/6 — The simple rule You don’t need hours of research before every trade. Just spend 10 minutes checking: Project → Tokenomics → Money → Activity → Risks That small habit can help you avoid many bad entries. Research first. Buy later.
