If ICE is so triggered by vehicles, they should not engage. You can track vehicles easily and arrest them later. This is shown to be effective with police and high speed chases, let the vehicle go, get them later. A mom with kids in back is not a threat. Vance should know this!

Hopefully they will be ordered to stop. Yes Global Warming is real, but blocking out the sun is harmful to all life, along with the poisonous fallout, and stop HAARP too. We have the tech to stop CO2 emissions, with clean power, atmospheric condensers, etc, let’s try that first.
