Now we know I was right. The United Kingdom redacted the accusers' names from its formal extradition requests before sending them to the United States. Why, then, did the United States Government file those requests in federal court on October 5 to seek the extradition of Andrew and Tristan Tate on allegations reaching back to 2010? An accusation cannot be meaningfully tested when the accuser cannot even be identified. No American court should be asked to surrender a person to a foreign country on the word of secret accusers. If Britain wants America to extradite Andrew and Tristan Tate, America must first demand that Britain identify the people accusing them. No names. No extradition.
