So apparently I discredit all teachers with my post.
My school all turns out for our theme days. Kids love it, teachers love it whether they go all out or just wear a tshirt.
However I dont wear jammies to the store on a regular basis.
This principal is really out of touch.

It’s time celebrate, my formal observation feedback was terrific. She said I am a great leader. The teachers respect me. I validate their feelings and work with them and did not rush them. Learning new information.
