Rockstar hasn’t officially confirmed Lucia’s actress yet (Manni Perez), but they talked about her incredible performance and how she heavily influenced the character in a new interview:
“The actress who played Lucia brought a lot to the character. A GTA protagonist needs to be tough, badass, cool. And with this actress, we knew we could create an incredible Grand Theft Auto protagonist. We wanted both protagonists to be vulnerable, tough, flawed, right sometimes, wrong sometimes, able to learn from each other, and that’s what we felt made them authentic, and a great team.” Said writer Elizabeth Gauvey-Kern.

Playing around with new features for the upcoming patch for Liberty Hand, a physics manipulator mod for GTA IV.
This teaser shows off the new tethering system, an overhauled UI, optimized physics, and some raw gameplay.

I've done some digging, although I admittedly know very little about crypto and blockchain, however...
The wallet previously used to operate CyberLeek has signed several new transactions, including creating new accounts specifically for the CYBERLEEK token.
This wasn't a bug or someone simply sending something to the old wallet - these actions required control of its private keys.
That doesn't necessarily mean the original person is back or that another leak is coming, but whoever made these transactions has access to the same wallet used during the original CyberLeek operation.
[Unconfirmed] Cyberleek may have released a new poll with three question marks. After talking to @iGrandTheftAuto, his monitoring script picked up new updates coming from Leek's end.
Now, it could be someone who gained access to Leek's stuff, but it's something I will keep tabs on today.
