Thoughts from FedEx St Jude: -Can’t help but feel disappointed in the week. I got off to a really nice start but couldn’t keep it going. I had some inconsistent putting and my woods were poor. -Top 50 is a really important cutoff to make all the signature events and finishing 61 isn’t great but I can still play my way into signature events next yr. I made up most of my points this yr off of regular events so maybe it’ll even work in my favor next yr. -Still top 60 at the end of the fall will get me into two signature events so I still have that to play for in the fall. I’m not 100% sure of my schedule but I’ll be playing a decent bit. -This week might have been the hottest week of my career. I even wore sun sleeves just to stop sweat dripping down my forearms while I was setting up to the ball. My goodness it was hot 🥵 -There were some peaks and valleys this yr which I’ll go more into once the yr fully ends but I really did feel like I grew as a golfer this yr. I feel like I have more shots and better adjustments in my arsenal and it will lead to better years in my future. -Time for a break!! This was my 9th week in a row 😅. Will take a couple weeks off and get back into it for the new Asheville tournament.
