Born LFC red ⚽️ nurse & owner of a naughty Jack Russell 🐾🐾☺️

Liverpool, England
We’ve not had any enquiries for this lovely lad 😢 despite extending the rehoming reach to England. Can you please share, tag, or comment to help Tyson? It only takes seconds to do so but could mean that he lives the rest of his life somewhere full of love. Thank you.
A loving home needed for Tyson - 15 year old - Staffy. Tyson is grieving the loss of his number one human, he loved. At his age, he deserves all the love, comfort and security we can possibly find for him. Unfortunately the other human in Tyson's life, is in poor health and unable to continue to care for him, or give him the time and care he needs. Tyson is a lovely boy who adores cuddles, gentle pats and human affection. He will greet you with a wagging tail, then roll over for a belly rub. He has so much love to give and deserves to spend his golden years surrounded by kindness, warmth and understanding. He is looking for a special person who understands the needs of an older dog, who can offer Tyson a safe, peaceful and loving home, where he can settle in at his own pace and feel cherished again. Tyson is very sociable with all people and good with children, however not as tolerant of other dogs or cats. So would need a home with no other pets. Tyson is registered with with the vet, he is microchipped, with no medical problems, not able to say when Tyson was last seen by the vet. He has not been walked on a lead, he has not been socialised with other dogs, he has shown aggression towards them. Although he has accepted and played with the dog belonging to other family member. Tyson can be left alone, he sleeps on a throw on the floor, he is house trained, he is okay travelling in the car. Tyson enjoys playing with a ball, he loves treats and does like a bone. Tyson has been eating Webbox chicken roll with toast, he has now been eating Butchers tinned dog food with kibble. This "Loving Boy" craves affection and human interaction. Could you be the special person Tyson needs, or perhaps you know someone who could open their heart and home to this beautiful older boy. Tyson is desperately looking for a happy, peaceful retirement, if you can help Tyson please email info@help2rehome.com for more information.

Makes you wonder how she got through and signed off throughout 3 years of nurse training 🤔, I worked with some poor quality nurses and regularly wondered this - bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c60m…

Do NOT use this scheme. A 97.5% mortgage at 6% interest. What could possibly go wrong? You’re being encouraged to buy an overpriced new build with almost no equity, while housebuilders get richer. Ask yourself one simple question: Why isn’t this being offered on existing homes? The UK property market is flat. Instead of addressing the real problems stamp duty, affordability, supply and everything else the government would rather dress it up with another scheme designed to stimulate demand and prop up prices. This benefits the government and housebuilders far more than it benefits you. Don’t rush into buying a house simply because a scheme makes it seem easier. You’ll be stuck for a long time and owning a house comes with significant financial pressure beyond the monthly payments. Save a 10/20% deposit. Buy when YOU are financially ready. This doesn’t fix the UK property market.
🚨 BREAKING: Andy Burnham will announce a new "Help to Buy" scheme next week Called "Your First Home", it will allow young people to buy their first home with a deposit of just 2.5%

I’m in year 6 of the last help to buy scheme and about to lose £150k on my new build flat I bought for £460k (100,000s others in similar scenarios). Worst decision of my life. Will be a complete car crash.

@andyburnham @AngelaRayner @mtpennycook @JohnHealey_MP reducing deposits to 2.5% and offering a 20% equity loan, HtB(uild) 2.0, is a disastrous idea in the current economic environment. If you HAD to meddle, you’d be better off reinstating a limited MIRAS. This will ruin people!

I've just come from a meeting with the dev and design teams on BestAgent where we connected up Grok bot and Buzz. The world just changed forever. They couldn't believe their eyes. In a nutshell, once we've settled it all in properly which will take a little time, we've unlocked basically x100 capacity without adding any more people on that front. This will open up hiring on the human contact front, (old fashioned, human to human customer service, private concierge style) and herald a new era with the best things about both tech and humans. We're so far ahead of anyone in the property space. They're not going to understand what's happened. We're going to heal the housing market, good agents will get the business and income they deserve, cheating sharks will be ousted, and movers will have a safer, easier, faster move without fear of being caught by sharks. It's going to be amazing.
