As I go into this weekend, I am reflecting on a lot of things. 5 years ago. I had just graduated high school during COVID. Didn’t know where my life was going. I was in college on a degree path I hated. At a college, I hated. I was being cheated on without knowing. (Fun times). And I was juggling two jobs. Many of y’all don’t know how I actually got started streaming. I wanted friends with similar interests of, course, but mainly… — it was out of spite. My ex said “You could never stream and do good. No one would ever watch you” — so I hit that “Go Live” button on my PS4 and hit affiliate in less than 3 months. 💋 I could have easily let what he said not affect me so much. I could have just continued to roll with the punches, but I was tired of it. My best friend told me “don’t let anyone take you for granted”. Today, it’s my full-time job. I get to go to college on a pathway I’m happy about while doing work I love surrounded by the most amazing people ever… — YOU GUYS! I can’t thank you enough for you guys being on this journey with me. The ups and downs. The doubts, the heartbreaks, the grief, the pain, the happiness… We have hit so many milestones and goals. And I couldn’t have done it without you guys. So thank you for everything. This celebration of 5 years isn’t just for me, it’s for all of us. So let’s make this a special weekend!
