Annie Jacobson released her book "Biological War: A Scenario" just two months ago!!
Her scenario begins with a lab accident at Russia’s VECTOR Institute in Siberia that releases a genetically modified pneumonic plague pathogen, which then spreads internationally.
Jacobsen explicitly described the starting point in interviews before the current incident: “the inciting incident…is a lab accident at Russia’s BSL-4 lab called the Vector Institute,” releasing pneumonic plague.
Jacobsen uses the VECTOR Institute near Novosibirsk/Koltsovo, whereas the current event is at the Irkutsk Anti-Plague Institute in Shelekhov, hundreds of miles away.
Her pathogen scenario is also a hypothetical genetically modified Soviet-derived bioweapon; there is currently no evidence that the Irkutsk incident involves anything engineered according to Russian authorities...
But as we know from recent times, those "facts" can change quickly!
Jacobson is a long timer in the truth seeking space, one who ascended to being a NY Times bestseller and guest on the biggest podcasts in the world. In fact, she was on PDB just a few weeks ago discussing this scenario.
