18 months ago I reported a problem with my ear to my GP surgery. Recently got a call telling me to come next week. Finally! But I'm in Portugal Had a laugh on the phone with the poor lady doing the bookings. Could I re-arrange? "No. We'll just call again sometime". So NHS
