Since these tenants have been in court for over two years, facing deplorable conditions, including rats, roaches, collapsing ceilings, and ongoing harassment. It is inexplicable that Daniel Ohebshalom would spend so much money on lawyers rather than repairs.

🗣️This past Saturday, more than 150 members came together to connect, strategize, and prepare for the fights ahead. We also heard from elected leaders about the upcoming legislative fight in Albany, including the push to pass the REST Act and expand rent stabilization.
