Tomorrow, we prime the enGEN3, again. Ten people will enter our near-future Denmark for the first HAMLET Turbocharger. They won't simply watch a scene. They'll enter a live generative performance, make choices at key moments, and use a live prompt to influence what happens next, while HAMLET's characters, world and dramatic spine remain grounded in an authored universe. We're testing something we've been building toward for a long time: Can a story become live, responsive and participatory without surrendering the story itself? Tomorrow, we find out. When my project @bybloodandbone decided to partner with @engen3_ai on building new experiments to build out original IP, the technology did not yet exist to implement the ideas we had. It has arrived.
