@Delta Our flight gets delayed for 14.5 hours in ROA because of mechanical issues. Pilot said flight was unlikely because crew rest so we elected to drive to Atlanta. Rebooking wasn’t available for 3 days. We told you we were driving, both the gate agent in ROA and via text 1/4
