Ossifying Bitcoin.
"Ossify" means "turn into bone".
When bones are growing the ends are specialised cartilage, "end plates", and new bone is formed there. That's why when you see an x-ray of a child, their bones don't look completely connected, as cartilage is not as x-ray opaque as bone.
Over time, the bones get longer, and the "end plates", the "epiphyses" become more and more bony, "ossify", and bones stop growing.
So to ossify Bitcoin, is a call to stop changing it.
