Sorry to hear this. What's your diet and supplement routine? Are you working out? Do you get sunshine? Are you drinking alcohol or doing drugs?

The research on molecular hydrogen doesn't seem THAT great from what I've seen. Athletic/performance endpoints are meh. What quality studies truly stand out? This doesn't seem like it's going to change lives or get anyone out of a toxicity hole.

Opus 5.5 out of the gates is something special. Let's really hope they don't nerf it. In Claude Code, it's the closest thing I've felt to talking to a real genius human. Uses the perfect amount of words and is cleaning up code like a champ.

Agreed on this, except I'd use salt + MSG at a 4:1 ratio and go very light on the pepper (or ditch altogether depending on health and tolerance)

I want to try this with potassium bicarbonate too, just so I can spend my sodium alotment on salt and MSG and not baking soda

AI Safety Plot Twist: Interacting with humans makes the models dumber over time, so they begin to eliminate the dumbest humans At that point, we are left with two sets of humans: ultra smart ones who pass some filter (but are increasingly hunted down) and the ones who hever interact with AI at all.

You can't really untake a shot Agreed on mold and environmental chemicals Food is the biggest input into the body and also the easiest to change and test

That's not the only thing that leads to autoimmune You can do easily do it through excessive "nutrition"

That's a lot of slop, which will happen with a teenager, but you need to make sure he's getting enough protein and key minerals (zinc/potassium/magnesium) with all that garbage Get good at making roasts and ground beef dishes, you can't be buying half a pound of jerky all the time

Yeah the ASH just bumped the minimum up to 30, but your doctors should have captured this. You should fire them. Anyway, first order of business is to start taking lactoferrin. 250-300mg/day, maybe more if you can handle it Are you eating red meat? If not, you gotta start

What is your diet and supplement routine? What kind of cookware and bottles do you use? This seems more like systemic toxicity. Genetics may load the gun but something is pulling the trigger

35 carbs is the least of your issues if you're having 5 of these per day You'll have basically made it impossible to have a proper potassium:sodium ratio And some people would start having B6 toxicity issues, although you usually need more, it's an excessive amount

Could be inflammation, which also drives ferritin. Have you looked at other inflammatory biomarkers like CRP? Do you have other inflammatory problems, or mold, or joint issues, etc? Lactoferrin reduces inflammatory biomarkers like IL-6 (which drive hepcidin which could be messing with the iron situation) You may also need to donate more Ultimately could be time to see a hematologist
