I HAVE MADE MY CONTRIBUTION; NOW, LIBERATE YOURSELF I was detained incommunicado without trial, tortured at Nyayo Torture Chambers, and expelled from the University of Nairobi in 1987 for resisting the KANU-Moi dictatorship and organizing students against one-party rule. I was only 21. I was forced into exile to Tanzania in December 1987; Swaziland in February 1988; and Canada in June 1988. I traveled on a UN passport! In 1989, we founded the Committee for Democracy in Kenya (CDK), which I coordinated from exile until Section 2A of the old Constitution was repealed and Kenya became a multi-party state. Between 1987 to 2009, successive Kenyan regimes refused to issue me with a Kenyan passport, which was my right. I returned to Kenya in 2007 and continued the struggle for social justice. On February 2nd, 2018, after founding the NRM-Kenya and organizing the Resist Movement against the Uhuru Kenyatta and William Ruto regime and their electoral theft, I was abducted, detained incommunicado, tortured for 6 days and forced into exile after Despot Uhuru Kenyatta, Matiang’i & Co. had illegally seized and destroyed my valid Kenyan passport. My house was bombed and destroyed! The Uhuru Kenyatta regime illegally issued Red Alerts against me, blocked me from returning to Kenya and using electronic money transfer systems. They also defied all court orders which had directed them to issue me with a passport and grant me unfettered entry into the country. Upon returning to Kenya on March 26th, 2018, after the High Court had ordered that I should be granted entry with my national identity card, I was stopped from entering the country, physically assaulted, detained and tortured in a tiny toilet at the JKIA. On March 28, 2018, Justice Odunga ordered that I should be released and NOT be removed from Kenya. On March 29, 2018, I was physically assaulted, injected with noxious substances and sedated. In defiance of the Court Order, the impunity merchants transported me to Dubai while I was unconscious and dumped me at the Dubai international airport without a passport and my personal effects. On October 20, 2022, I returned to Kenya after five years of forced exile, when the Ruto regime had issued me with a passport, which the Uhuru Kenyatta regime had illegally destroyed. I found my house in ruins and started the slow and long path of reconstruction and repairs of the damage caused by the bomb-blast. I have sacrificed and suffered torture, detentions, pain, exile and financial ruin because of my struggle against tyranny and injustice. Those who have not struggled, sacrificed or suffered for the liberation should not have the temerity to demand that I continue to suffer for them when they do nothing to liberate themselves!

This is the “United Opposition” which will produce one presidential candidate? As I have stated before, Kenya doesn’t need the recycling of bandits. We need a revolution—the overhaul and transformation of the structurally defective neocolonial state, institutions and system—and the jailing of impunity merchants and restoration of looted public wealth.

You cannot embrace the embodiment of tyranny, torture, abductions, mass murders, serial electoral thefts, looting, disobedience of numerous court orders, tribalism, land grabbing, barbarism, constitutional violations and human rights rights abuses if you believe in the rule of law. You can’t pretend to believe in the principle of constitutionalism when you collaborate with constitutional saboteurs and subverters. Telling the truth is a revolutionary act. #SocialismIsTheSolution #RevolutionNow

Keep quiet, despot. You plundered public resources, stole elections, entrenched tribalism, tortured, murdered and brutalized civilians when you were in power. You worsened our conditions and institutionalized impunity.

The worst part of neocolonialism, especially in Africa, is the state, level, extent and depth of widespread disinformation and confusion it entrenches and perpetuates. The organized anti-African bandits own all the legacy media. They use their media assets to cause political lethargy, confusion and zombification of the public, while vilifying all radical and progressive ideas and forces. Their aim is to create a permanent state of ignorance, confusion and widespread stupidity amongst the masses so that the Stockholm’s syndrome can become the normal condition for the majority of the population. As a result a large section of Kenyans have been uniformly zombified to the extent that they only see qualities of “leadership” in members of the oligarchy and the organized mafia who have DIRECTLY presided over acts of brutality, criminality, plunder and mismanagement of public affairs and pauperized them, and/or those with fresh sets of lies, empty slogans and incoherent promises. Persons who looted TRILLIONS of public resources, worsened unemployment and poverty and INSTITUTIONALIZED abductions, illegal detentions, TORTURE, extrajudicial executions and other acts of barbarism are suddenly lionized as “great leaders” once they are out of office. Those who have publicly participated in acts of criminality and openly boast of being “Big Goons” are glamorized as “new leaders”. Those with radical ideologies, visions, ideas and value systems are routinely caricatured, vilified and lampooned so as to sabotage their abilities to liberate and transform the society. Until this situation is addressed, elections will remain nothing but theatrical props by the organized anti-African bandits. They present opportunities for recycling the neocolonial bandits while the fundamental material conditions remain the same—or get worse—with each electoral cycle. Until we break the cycle—through a revolution. Telling the truth is a revolutionary act. #SocialismIsTheSolution #RevolutionNow

The U.S. does not have a human rights policy. It has a human rights vocabulary. It says "genocide" when an enemy kills. It says "security" when an ally kills. It says "terrorism" when the poor fight back. It says "unfortunate" when a drone hits a family. Everyone has seen this pattern. The only people who still buy the story are those who need the story more than they need the truth.

America dropped nuclear bombs on civilian cities. It is the only country in history to have done this. It then spent eighty years telling every other country they couldn't be trusted with nuclear weapons. Sit with the geometry of that sentence. Sit with it until it becomes uncomfortable.

Our beloved Mwalimu Julius Kambarage Nyerere is turning in his grave at how low and despicable the leadership of the once indomitable Tanzania has fallen. #RestInPowerMwalimuNyerere
It is with great sorrow that I mourn the passing of Zimbabwean businessman Mr Wicknell Chivayo, his beloved wife, and three other people who tragically lost their lives in a helicopter crash in Marondera. Zimbabwe and Africa have lost a young and visionary entrepreneur who touched the lives of many. On behalf of the Government and the people of the United Republic of Tanzania, I convey our deepest and heartfelt condolences to His Excellency Emmerson Mnangagwa, President of the Republic of Zimbabwe; the Chivayo family, the families of all those who lost their loved ones and the people of Zimbabwe. May their souls rest in peace. Amen.

I didn’t realize Kenya has so many zombies. I’ve seen idiots claiming that I use AI (which I have never used) because I prefer long dashes like this—to write. They believe—like the idiots they are—that only AI is capable of using long dashes. How do we liberate people this dumb?

To my fellow Africans, accidents happen. Planes and helicopters fall from the sky and kill their occupants on a daily basis throughout the world. Motor vehicles crash and kill their occupants, sometimes even pedestrians. Lots of people fall and die of cardiac arrest. Not every death is a murder, or caused by your favourite witch doctor. The Zimbabwean crook probably just died from an accidental like many others have before him and will continue dying after he is buried. The proof that the so-called Kenyan mainstream media are part of a criminal syndicate is the glaring fact that none of them has mentioned that this fat Zimbabwean, Chivayo, was a CONVICTED criminal who spent 3 years in a maximum prison for FRAUD and MONEY LAUNDERING and was a PROMINENT and SERIAL SMUGGLER and a member of an international criminal syndicate. They refer to him as a “tycoon”, a “businessman” and a “philanthropist”, but everyone knows that he was just a celebrated criminal—like all the others.

Exactly. Ombeta, Omari and Co are unprofessional, unprofessional and ungovernable. They should be disciplined for disclosing PRIVILEGED discussions they had with their clients without the clients’ express consent. They have prejudiced their clients’ interests. And what kind of advocates claim it’s not their business to visit their clients in prison and that they can only take instructions in court in front of everyone? Charlatans.
This is kind of press discussion is totally unprofessional. Once you cease representing a client anything and everything you discussed is under client privilege. The Advocates should just walk away. There is no need to justify their actions to the gallery

They will tell you to move on. To stop living in the past. To focus on the present and the future. Here is the present: The wealth extracted during colonialism is in the present. The borders drawn by colonizers are in the present. The debt owed to Western financial institutions by formerly colonized countries is in the present. The military bases on other countries' soil are in the present. The veto power at the Security Council is in the present. The terms of trade that keep raw material prices low and manufactured goods prices high are in the present. The past is not somewhere else. The past is the architecture of the present. When they say move on, they mean: stop noticing the architecture. Stop asking who built it. Stop asking who it was built for. Stop asking why the doors only open from one side. We will not stop asking. The architecture is still standing. The questions are still standing too.

To Mr. @AlikoDangote and the @DangoteGroup: Everyone has a RIGHT to go to court and seek redress. Calling a fundamental right “trouble” is to expose your love for opacity and impunity. Come with clean hands and you won’t fear being challenged in court.

Henry Kissinger died at one hundred years old. In his bed. After a life that included, by documented record: the secret bombing of Cambodia, the facilitation of the coup that brought Pinochet to power, the green light to Indonesia's invasion of East Timor, and the continuation of a war he privately knew was unwinnable because losing it before an election was politically inconvenient. He died at one hundred years old and was eulogized by heads of state. This is not an aberration. This is the terminal destination of a system that has no external enforcement mechanism for the people at the top. International law exists. It has courts. Those courts have, with some consistency, prosecuted African heads of state and Yugoslav military commanders and Rwandan génocidaires. They have not prosecuted an American. Not one. The law, like most things, is differently weighted depending on which direction you're looking from. Kissinger died at one hundred. In his bed. Understand what that means about where the consequences actually live.

Remember that elections in Kenya are used by looters, drug dealers and smugglers to LAUNDER their illicit gains. That’s why despot Uhuru Kenyatta has 4 presidential aspirants. Fred Matiang’i and some of his colleagues are not genuine aspirants; they are pretending to be in the game to LAUNDER proceeds of Eurobond and other scams—and to help Ruto divide and rule. If it wasn’t so, criminals like Matiang’i would be in court facing multiple charges for abuse of office, abductions, torture, murder and theft, among others.
