My kid has been in the hospital for a week. No one can figure out how to treat her pain. All they can give us is Tylenol and ibuprofen for pain that won't touch because they say opioids don't work on her type of pain.
@ChildrensNE is trying to find somewhere to send us because they don't know what to do. But in the meantime they want to send us home while she's still in a huge amount of pain. She cannot dress herself. She cannot transfer from the hospital bed to her wheelchair without assistance. She's too weak to proper her wheelchair on her own. She cannot perform basic self-care like showering without assistance.
I've never been this angry before in my life.
