The sgt maj has said if I don’t pay up he will refuse to clear me for civvy life, told my CoC if I go on my pre-approved leave I will be arrested for being AWOL. He has also threatened to take me to small claims court if not paid. Has anyone got any guidance for me as I’m at a loss?
