Should have moved the Morrisons bag before I took my pictures. 🤦🏽♀️ Looking forward to getting back into my classroom on Monday and feeling ready for HMIE inspection week. ✔️ Now to make the most of the last few days of the holidays before a busy term commences. 🖤

Having a Mum also in Education has its perks. 🤩 Some light holiday reading. Excited to organise my own Lego therapy box for a fun social skills intervention🫶🏼👩🏽🏫

Survived running the ‘Race for Life’ yesterday with my teacher besties. The rain didn’t stop us from singing and dancing our way round the course. @raceforlife @CRUKScotland 💕

Saw this book on my twitter feed the other day and knew it was something I wanted to read for my current role. Arrived last night and I’ve already finished it.👏 Highly recommend it for anyone working with children displaying a PDA profile. Very reassuring read📚 ⭐️ @LauraKerbey

Another great night presenting to @ClacksNqts on Active learning. Every year I come away from the session feeling motivated and reminded of why I love teaching so much. Great to meet new faces in our local authority and discuss lots of useful ideas and tips. 🏫

Last day in my classroom that I have called home for 4 years and my last official day being the teacher of this wonderfully awesome bunch. Will miss it for sure as it’s my happy place but can’t wait to get stuck in to my new role and having a new room to decorate. 🌻💚

Our new ‘Sewing Station’ has been very popular during free play. So far we have had pencil cases, purses, puppets and dog toys all sewn by the children. I love watching their creativity in action. 🧵 🪡 #playledlearning #creativity #sewing

Today I added a basket of fabric to our construction area to see what the children would do during soft start. It was a big hit. ❤️

Didn’t expect to get so much support and compliments on my classroom. This is why I love #edutwitter ☺️❤️
Wow what a wonderful classroom, must have been a lot of work but well worth all the effort (except the Morrisions bag hope you charged them for the advertising 😁) thanks for sharing from all @Edprint1 #classroom #display #teaching #schools #fun #inspection
