This is not so difficult to solve, but people like AOC and other communists are trying to sabotage AI data-center projects. Properly engineered SCR and oxidation catalysts are standard, effective technology. Their cost is small compared with the scale of AI data-center projects and the jobs they support. Installing them resolves most of the legitimate local air-quality concerns.
