This is not a sales launch and not a robotaxi service start in China or Japan. It’s the product reveal: purpose-built for Robotaxi, camera-only FSD, no mirrors, no rear window, wireless charging vision, ~293 miles of range in a 3,113 lb package.

Très bien. Appliquez-les aussi à Renault.
En 2025, la France a délivré en 3 mois un permis national L4 sans conducteur à WeRide, en partenariat avec Renault Group, pour un service commercial sur voie ouverte à Valence. Cadre PACTE/LOM. Pas le règlement ONU ADS adopté en juin 2026.
Depuis 2015 : plus de 180 autorisations nationales d’expérimentation de conduite déléguée, dont Renault et Stellantis (Peugeot, Citroën) via SAM, pendant que les règlements ONU n’étaient pas encore écrits.
La France a même créé son propre régime (ordonnance 2021-443, décret 2021-873) pour déployer des systèmes automatisés et de la supervision à distance, sans attendre un règlement ONU complet.
Les Pays-Bas ont utilisé l’article 39 du règlement UE 2018/858 — un outil européen, pas un copier-coller pirate — pour le FSD Supervised. La France refuse la reconnaissance mutuelle, tout en signant des dérogations nationales quand le partenaire s’appelle Renault.
Les normes ONU ne sont pas à géométrie variable. Soit elles s’imposent à tout le monde, soit on arrête de les brandir seulement quand c’est Tesla.

Frankreich sagt Nein zu Tesla FSD – offiziell wegen Tempo und Aufmerksamkeit. In den USA fahren derweil echte Level-4-Robotaxis ohne Fahrer: Tesla unüberwacht in Texas und Florida.
Das Sicherheitsargument ist vorgeschoben. Es geht um Zeit für Renault und Stellantis. Eine EU-weite Freigabe rutscht Richtung 2027, während andere Kontinente Daten sammeln und Märkte besetzen.
So verhindert man diese Bürokratie: eine einzige evidenzbasierte Zulassung statt nationaler Vetos. Wer nachweislich sicherer fährt als der Durchschnittsmensch, darf fahren. Wer nur die richtige Flagge am Werkstor hat, nicht.
📩Neue Aussage eines Mitglied des Bundestages:
„das in Deutschland für die Zulassung von Fahrassistenzsystemen wie dem Tesla-System Full Self-Driving Supervised zuständige Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt prüft nach meinem Kenntnisstand derzeit eine Ausnahmegenehmigung auf nationaler Ebene für dieses System.
Ich halte es für sinnvoll, das Ergebnis dieser Prüfung abzuwarten und vor dem Hintergrund der Verkehrssicherheit dann erst über eine nationale und lokale Zulassung zu entscheiden.“
✅Positiv. Aber wann kommt endlich das Ergebnis?
Und für wie sicher halten wir diese Quelle? 🤔
Es kann sich hier auch nur um ein Missverständnis handeln. Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass es sich hierbei um die „Deutsche Position“ handelt, um eine Stimme im TCMV abzugeben.
