It kinda reminds me about araki and "gravity." Even if they were "fictional" the v3 cast had a gravity that allowed them to change whatever "fate" tsumugi had planned.
I feel like so many people overestimate Tsumugi and how much power she has over the cast. Most of the power she has over them is that she knows their entire characters and what arcs they're supposed to have. Other than that, she can't do anything if one of them goes off script.
