1) In CFB....
2) When protecting a 2nd half lead...
3) Why do QBs not wind the play clock to <5 seconds before snapping the ball?
3 reasons I can think of:
1) the team wants more plays/stats
2) the QB isn't following his coaching
3) Absolutely "turrible" coaching
Think about the games that come down to <30 seconds and think about shaving ~5 seconds off the play clock every play during the last 1.5 quarters. 🤔
In hindsight, that has prohibited many teams from claiming dubs (including
@OhioStateFB ) last week at TX.
