Go to profile > monetization, then click Set up Payouts > connect stripe 3. X redirects you to Stripe onboardin, which is not a normal Stripe signup. Its a Stripe Express onboarding via X (for countries where stripe is not offered, mostly poor countries😂 eg my country and yours) 4. Choose your account type. Pick Individual 5. Enter personal details. Name, Address, etc 6. Bank Details (important) In Kenya, banks do not use routing no instead, they use SWIFT/BIC codes for international transfers. So, Go to Google and search the SWIFT/BIC code for the bank you use. Eg Equity bank Kenya =>EQBLKENA KCB bank Kenya => KCBLKENX Sidian bank Kenya => SIDNKENA Add the swift code for your bank and your personal account number. 7. Fill the tax form (W8/W9). W-9 is for US citizens while W-8BEN is for NON-US. Make sure you select your country of residence for tax payments and then add your Tax ID or KRA pin no (kenya) 8. Sign your name, review, and submit. Bookmark and help someone who is stuck trying to use the app.
