I don't often post as rarely will anyone see or engage with my ramblings. But i figured i would write a little post of my current gaming status for anyone interested. I have been in quite a lull - almost stuck in the No-Mans Land of gaming - since finally stepping away from a long Destiny journey, having accepted i have told my story in that world now. I have side games that keep me occupied, which are normally the cosier types of games of either a puzzle or simulation variety or even a platformer. Main games though where i can invest myself in a real journey, and test myself within my comfort zone of a challenge, have been a struggle to find for me personally as i am quite particular. As i realised only yesterday, thanks to streams provided by two respectful and knowledgeable Division streamers @LividFray and @rogue_gold , the Division franchise which i never really completed the main stories of due to health related issues, would actually be a world i can tell a story within, at least within the confines of me being a solo only gamer. But unlike my usual strategy, where i mainline just one game, i am going to provide myself a little more variety even in my main gaming. So whilst Xbox will have me for the Division 1 and then 2, i will also be relying on my other platforms (reluctantly to some degree due to my thoughts on how one makes some pretty dire and inconsiderate decisions) for additional experiences. The first of which is Mortal Shell 2. And later in the year are the full 1.0 releases of No Rest for the Wicked, Enshrouded, and hopefully Witchfire. And in a form of touching grass, getting back to reality moment, i have also returned to the relaxation of physical jigsaw puzzles. At my age it was only a matter of time i guess😆 Keep safe and well, whoever reads this.

Can you imagine if Bungie had thrown in a photo mode like Ubisoft does in their games? The landscape photography would be FIRE. I tried my best, though.

Hey. Firstly, appreciate the honest and raw video. The sentiment resonates with me as it does so many. I am an old gamer, almost three times your age, and have been a guardian for most of Destiny's years. Admittedly i have taken a few breaks, and i am not an endgame guardian, or a confident pvp player, but Destiny provided me a world to escape into, and be a hero that i cannot be in real life. I made my own memories, some of which i shared with my wife in the first few years of the franchise. The hurt, the anger, the sadness, is real, and something only we all will recognise within the context of a video game. Appreciate you being here. Keep as strong as you can.
