📢 Big news! The Alief ISD Board of Trustees has officially approved the 2025–2026 Compensation Plan! 🎉
Highlights include:
✅ Teacher & Staff Retention Allotments up to $5,000
✅ A total raise between 7.66%–12.11% for eligible teachers
✅ Starting teacher salary is now $66,500
✅ 6.5% total raise for all other eligible employees
