A federal judge just blocked Trump’s White House media ban. U.S. District Judge Timothy Kelly ordered the administration to immediately restore hard-pass credentials for CNN, MS NOW, and Politico. About 78 journalists get access back for at least 14 days. Kelly said the Sept. 18 ban likely violates due process and the First Amendment. Trump cited “fake news” and negativity.
