Snapchat was supposed to make the evidence disappear. Her friends made sure it didn’t. Former high school dean Tate Drane was 27 when police began investigating reports that he had sent a student more than a dozen inappropriate disappearing images through Snapchat. But while the messages were designed to vanish, the student’s friends reportedly grabbed another phone and photographed what was appearing on the screen. That decision changed everything. When detectives confronted Drane outside his home, he initially claimed the pictures were meant for his wife after a “date night” and had accidentally gone to the wrong Snapchat account. Then investigators pointed out one major problem: If it was truly an accidental message to the wrong account… how did he immediately know exactly which student had received it? Detectives told him Snapchat records could be subpoenaed. The explanation began falling apart. Drane eventually acknowledged that he and the student had communicated extensively and that boundaries had been crossed, while denying separate allegations of inappropriate physical contact at school. He was arrested and originally faced multiple charges involving alleged misconduct with a chi!d while holding a position of trust. The case ultimately ended with Drane pleading guilty to felony chi!d abu&e resulting in &erious bodi!y !njury and attempted &exual as&ault on a chi!d. He received 90 days in jail. One of the most important details in this entire case may be the simplest: A group of students understood that disappearing evidence needed to be preserved. He followed every order. He waited for the process to work." And on Tuesday, it finally did. A judge gave Aaron primary custody of Vivian... the right to decide where she lived, her medical care, her schooling. The mother? Court documents say she was "awarded possession of the child only when continuously supervised." Vivian was supposed to be handed over to her dad that night. She never made it. ...but it gets worse According to the father's attorney, the court never spelled out HOW that handoff was supposed to happen. The supervision was supposed to come through a court-appointed agency, but the ruling had JUST come down... and no supervisor was with Vivian and her mother that day. So after the hearing, police say, Vivian and her mother went home. To the same townhome on Terra Reserve Place. Her stepfather and a babysitter were downstairs. Just before 6 that evening, they heard gunshots from the third floor. They forced their way into Vivian's room. Her stepfather tried CPR. Vivian didn't make it. Her mother had SH0T herself too. She later passed away at the hospital. A judge put it in writing that this mother could not be alone with Vivian. Hours later, she was. And now a father who did everything the law asked of him is burying his little girl. Say her name. Vivian Savella. WE DO NOT HAVE TO LIVE LIKE THIS!!!!!!!

She had attended nursing school-but had not passed the licensing exam. And somehow, the truth didn’t come crashing down during a shift. It surfaced when she was being considered for a promotion. A routine credential check reportedly revealed she had no active nursing license, and the hospital terminated her shortly afterward. Then investigators started counting. Authorities say Bardisa provided medical services to 4,486 patients between June 2024 and January 2025 while improperly working under another nurse’s credentials. After a months-long investigation, she was arrested on 14 felony counts involving unlicensed healthcare practice and fraudulent use of identification. And here’s the part that surprised me even more: In April 2026, Bardisa pleaded no contest. She received five years of probation, 50 hours of community service, was ordered to write an apology to the nurse whose information she used, and gave up the nursing license she later obtained.
