Alfred Rosenberg speaks about a new vision of White Europe that is shaped by Adolf Hitler (from "Tradition and the Present", 1941):
...through the creation of Greater Germany, the entire balance of power in Europe—and indeed the world—is undergoing a transformation that cannot be overlooked.
What matters now is: that the National Socialist worldview, which has revived faith in Germany, becomes the self-evident foundation for all Germans and is defended through action; that this idea permeates all areas of life, and that—with the vital needs of the entire nation in mind—political and social measures are always structured in accordance with this idea; that, furthermore, the unity of all Germans—transcending all other philosophical, artistic, and religious convictions—remains forever an inviolable fact, and that a wise future policy allies itself with those whose very existence it seeks to protect, whose vital interests and intellectual dynamism it is able to draw to our side.
This signifies a departure from the unrestrained economic and political imperialism that characterized the 19th century, and this means, for the first time again, the possibility for all to recognize the vital needs of other nations as well, and to realize the task of creating and organically defining political state systems—no longer scattering our forces across the globe, but standing shoulder to shoulder to create, in mutual symbiosis, a new vision of Europe, and to defend this white Europe on this very globe.
If such a new Europe emerges from the struggles of our time, this, too, will one day have to be regarded as a long-term effect of Adolf Hitler’s mission in world history.
