NETBALL 101 Think basketball — but with no dribbling and no running with the ball. Two teams of 7 players pass the ball around the court, with each player assigned a specific position and area of play. The Goal Shooter (GS) and Goal Attack (GA) can score by shooting through the raised ring. A standard game is 4 × 15-minute quarters, and players have just 3 seconds to pass or shoot after receiving the ball. Simple idea: pass, move, defend, shoot. 🎯 Now you know enough to follow the Green Hawks. 🇳🇬
