Gemini 4 Argon is our next era of frontier intelligence. It shows significant improvements across benchmarks, setting a new state of the art for real-world long-horizon software engineering tasks.

Let's solve compute by moving everything to real programming languages. 99% of websites could run on a raspberry pi.

Wait a minute... What's does @Google even do anymore? AI does search better and scrapes top results... Idk the Google story kinda rhyming with block buster

sounds like we are about to find out during dev day if @steipete and openclaw was all hype or real.

"while retaining code quality"
Just one engineer and a team of agents ported the GitHub Copilot agent runtime to Rust, shipping 800,000 lines of production code while retaining code quality. 🚀 How it worked 👇 github.blog/ai-and-ml/genera…

Thanks. Been loving jev. It makes the code matter again. Been hand typing more code since it's released then I have in a long time. Current models can't build worth shit with it because it's not in the training data. @CompleteSkeptic

DOOM3 with its engine, Id Tech4, is under 700k lines of code. Entire Source engine, together with all Valve's Orange Box era games (Half-Life 2, Portal, TFT2 etc) is 4 million lines, according to leaks Even if it's not added lines and just churn it's insane amount of waste. Unless, of course, this is a case of inlining source code of dependencies, but I doubt it
Replying to @jullerino
@jullerino is an absolute monster. 3.7m lines of code.

you know what would make for a cool sci-fi book. human are at war with AI and the only reason they can't wipe us out is because we ingrained being able to see their thought process in their so deeply into their system.

anyone have like lessons learned from using ai that would have been great before the advent of harnesses and ai. for example i wish i would have leverate writing one off scripts for managing large complex changes. really underutilized that ability.
