Honestly, I don’t feel jealous of the people who are now watching Aot for the first time because there’s genuinely no better experience than watching it while the manga and anime were ongoing. You had to be there.

You know a story is THAT good when you find it difficult to move on from it.

Sawano and Yamamoto are some of the greatest composers of all time, up there with the likes of Ludwig and Zimmer. But y’all aren’t ready for that discussion.

Show so good they had to make an exclusive award just to honor its impact on people’s lives.
If you had the chance to rewatch an anime for the very first time all over again, what anime are you watching ..???

Insane
The fact that Mappa animators were able to adapt all of this from the manga and exceed my expectations is still insane to me.

There is no way for me to fully express how thankful I am for the Mappa staff working on Attack on Titan. They achieved something I thought was completely impossible. They effortlessly captured the scale and terror of The Rumbling. I still can't believe this adaptation is real!

Visual storytelling is one of AOT’s strongest aspects, to be fair.
Really subtle how the anime used opposite camera angles to portray the Reality vs 'What if?' moments

Is it really unreasonable to consider that someone with such power and responsibility, who is clearly mentally unstable, might not be the right person to hold that power?
Some people here: "Eren having a dark nature to him came out of nowhere"

Attack on Titan is that one series that gets misinterpreted, regardless of whether its narrative explanation is communicated explicitly or implicitly.

Do people go on their phones when they watch this series or what?

Same problem in the AOT fandom. People are more into picking sides and cheering for characters rather than really understanding them from a neutral point of view. This has turned the conversation into a boring “my team vs. your team” mentality
so you don't have to root for anyone when you watch a movie btw

Some actions are clear-cut, but characters beyond season 4 engage in morally questionable ones like genocide or complicity. Even the narrative critiques the noble alliance’s for wanting to save the world, highlighting their flaws. Ultimately, all these characters are human.
