For some learners, success might mean completing their first external placement. For another, it could be speaking to an employer or building practical skills. As the Government’s work experience guarantee develops, we believe accessibility & flexibility must remain at its heart

Every young person is different. A successful work experience system should recognise that and ensure every learner has the opportunity to access an experience that is genuinely meaningful to them. #AlternativeEducation #WorkExperience #Employability #YoungPeople #SEND

Experiences like this are about so much more than running a café - they build self-belief, develop transferable skills and prepare young people for life beyond the classroom. A huge thank you to our learners and staff for making the experience such a success.
