Now that NEAR is catching a bid, one of the most interesting and undervalued assets is probably $mpDAO from Liquid Staking provider @meta_pool
mpDAO has several features that make it interesting:
- Use mpDAO to assign additional delegation to your validator (juicy as price of NEAR goes up)
- Floor Price and Automatic Buybacks w. protocol fees
( ~2x current price)
- Earn a share of protocol fees, paid out monthly in mpDAO
- Active decentralised governance, I've made several proposals myself (that passed)
The thesis for liquid staking is simple; as price of NEAR goes up, people can borrow against their Liquid Staked NEAR (stNEAR) so they can capture the upside + staking rewards
