Jacob Horn, a 2nd-year PhD student in CMB, earned his BS in Biology with a focus on math from Rochester Institute of Technology. @UMich he aims to identify elements in the 5' UTR of SARS-CoV-2 and investigate how viral protein Nsp1 contributes to host translation shutdown. (6/8)
