Flags on top of the Sydney Harbour Bridge are at half mast today for @NSWRFS volunteer Samuel McPaul who was killed yesterday while fighting a fire in Jingellic. He was one of three people inside a fire truck when extreme winds possibly generated from a "fire tornado"toppled it.

I mean it! As an interstate student the experience was even more valuable; while the content is obviously not very different between states it was great to hear from state organisations like @AMA_NSW and @NswHeti as well as meet my future colleagues working with me next year :)
