Now, I am infinitely inclined to believe that there's no democracy anywhere in the world. The word "democracy" itself is a deceptive coinage used by those who have the means to manipulate the laws just to seize the reins of power.

Looking back at the legacy of Wfunroye Tinubu; what's there to celebrate her as a heroine? Also, coincidental, that the slave master from Iragbiji found it fit to adopt the name afterall... Appealing that there are at least 3 statues celebrating her cruel legacy.

We Lost Him 💔😭 My heart is shattered beyond words Our little brother, 13-year-old David Raymond, has gone home to be with the Lord after fighting for his life for 18 painful days David was not a soldier He was not a criminal He was only a child whose only "offense" was being born into a Christian family in Plateau State On that dark night in Kawel village, Bokkos LGA, terrorists stormed his home while the family slept His father, Raymond Maichibi, stood between death and his son, hoping to save him with his own body, but he was shot and killed His mother, Nanlop Raymond, hid inside the bedroom, praying for mercy, but the bullets found her too David tried to escape, but an AK-47 bullet ripped through his back and stomach, leaving his intestines exposed As doctors struggled day and night to save this innocent child, his parents were already lying in a mass grave alongside 20 other Christians murdered simply because of their faith The family could not bring themselves to tell David that he was now an orphan They hoped he would recover first But today, that painful secret no longer matters David has gone to join his father and mother in eternity Before he died, his trembling voice still echoed from his hospital bed "They came in the night... My father tried to protect me and they shot him... My mother was hiding when they shot her too... I ran and they shot me in the back..." How many more children must die before the world listens How many more Christian families must be erased before our tears are seen The silence of the world has become another weapon against us "Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven." — Matthew 5:10 David's blood cries out from the ground His story must not die with him I plead with the Church around the world, do not stop praying for the persecuted Church in Nigeria Remember us before the throne of God Stand with us while there is still someone left to save May the Lord comfort every grieving heart and may little David Raymond rest in the everlasting arms of Jesus until we meet again Rest in peace, precious child Your suffering is over Your crown awaits you 💔😭🙏
My beloved brethren, this is Rev. Ezekiel Dachomo. My heart is heavy. My eyes are filled with tears. Since hearing the story of little David Raymond, I have struggled to find the words. How can a 13-year-old child carry such unbearable pain? How can a boy wake up one morning and discover that the world he knew has disappeared? David lies on a hospital bed today, fighting for his life after a bullet ripped through his back and stomach, leaving him in unbearable pain. While doctors fought through the night to save his life, the bodies of his father, Raymond Maichibi, and his mother, Nanlop Raymond, were lowered into a mass grave alongside many other innocent people from their community. The most heartbreaking part is that David has not yet been told that his parents are gone forever. His loved ones cannot find the strength to tell him that he is now an orphan. Imagine the moment when that young boy opens his eyes, asking, "Where is my father? Where is my mother?" knowing that no one has the courage to answer him. David recalled that armed men entered their home in the darkness of the night. His father stood between death and his son. Like every loving father, he tried to protect his child with his own life. He was shot. His mother hid in fear, praying that somehow she would survive, but she too was killed. David tried to escape, but a bullet struck him from behind. What kind of pain is this? What kind of world allows children to carry wounds that no child should ever know? Our Lord Jesus Christ said in 16:33, "In this world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world." Today, I ask the Church across the world not to grow weary. We cannot become silent while our brothers and sisters continue to suffer. We cannot close our eyes while innocent children are left without fathers, without mothers, without homes, and without hope. The Word of God tells us in 34:18, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." David may have lost his earthly parents, but I pray that the God who calls Himself the Father of the fatherless will surround him with His unfailing love. May the Lord heal every wound in his body and every scar in his heart. Brethren, please remember David in your prayers. Pray for his surviving siblings. Pray for every grieving family. Pray for every widow. Pray for every orphan. Pray for every community living in fear. And as long as God gives me breath, I will continue to speak. They may say I speak too much, but how can I keep quiet when children are burying their parents? How can I remain silent when families are wiped away overnight? As the Lord declares in 31:8–9, "Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves... defend the rights of the poor and needy." May God comfort every broken heart. May He strengthen the weak. May He heal David Raymond completely. May He bring justice, peace, and hope to every suffering family. In Jesus Christ's mighty name. Amen.

When I was Muslim, I never noticed what the Quran doesn’t have. Dates. Places. Names you can check. Read the Quran’s stories: no chronology, almost no geography, kings called only “Pharaoh,” events floating in no particular year. Where did the story happen? When? Under whom? The text doesn’t say. You can’t check it… which conveniently means you can’t crosscheck it. Now read the opening of Luke 3: “In the FIFTEENTH YEAR of the reign of TIBERIUS CAESAR — PONTIUS PILATE being governor of JUDEA, HEROD being tetrarch of GALILEE, his brother PHILIP tetrarch of ITUREA and TRACHONITIS, and LYSANIAS tetrarch of ABILENE, during the high priesthood of ANNAS and CAIAPHAS…” SEVEN historical anchors in one sentence. An emperor, a governor, three rulers with their exact territories, two high priests. And people HAVE checked — for centuries, often trying to break it. Skeptics mocked Luke’s “Lysanias of Abilene” as an error… UNTIL an inscription naming Lysanias the tetrarch of Abilene turned up. Pilate was called legend by some… until the Pilate Stone was dug up at Caesarea in 1961 with his name and title carved in it. Luke 1:3-4 tells you why: “Having followed all things closely… that you may have CERTAINTY.” Certainty. That’s the offer. One book floats above history where nothing can touch it. The other planted its flag in checkable ground and said: dig. They dug. It’s still standing. Praise the Lord and His mighty God-Breathed scripture.

Dear Nigerians, January 16th presidential election date for 2027, was well thought after, and highly strategic. (1) Many will still be in their villages, and may most likely not vote. (My Southeastern brothers and sisters) (2) Salaries that will be paid between 22nd, 23rd and 24th December, must have been exhausted. (Rice, 5k or 10k for vote, will be highly tempting) (3) House rent and school fees pressure will be hitting so hard by then. (5k, 10, or 20k for vote, will be so so tempting) Please don't sell your votes. If you know you will spend January 2027 in your village, kindly apply to transfer your polling unit to your village now that INEC's continuous voter registration exercise is still ongoing. Please go and get your PVC, and vote OK and the NDC ✌️ It's your shortest cut to the actualization of our dream of a new Nigeria that is possible. Abi suffer no dey tire you? Retweet and share.

I was at the park heading to Warri because I missed my train yesterday. While waiting for the bus to fill up, my eyes caught the attention of an almost 65-year-old woman sitting under the harsh early morning sun. What was she selling? Gruwel (also called kunu, a local drink loved by Nigerians). I noticed she has leg pains and she finds it difficult to walk...where are her children I asked myself quietly. While i sat between 7 AM and 8:30, she sat hopeful yet ,no customer came... I got moved, this could be somebody's mother💔...i asked her how much she sells one for, and she told me 300 naira each. I wasn't intending to drink because I no wan piss while on a long transit.. I asked her how many the whole bottles were, she told me 22… Wait, whaaaat wtf, ordinary 6,600👀? Well, I asked her to give one each to any passerby interested (Asherkine vibes🤭.......at first she was sceptical, yet from the way I looked, she knew..This lady isn't capping. While I sat and watched, she gave out one by one and emptied her cooler. I called the POS lady at the nearby view to pass her the little I had 20k....and let her rest through tomorrow. The prayer this maama prayed for me, if God would answer her, I would be richer than Elon Musk overnight 🤭. Hopefully, on my return from my business trip, I will check up on her to know how she is faring and possibly do more. Show kindness if you can to mothers like this May we never neglect our mothers!! May our mothers not suffer in vain!!

I noticed my daughter looking into the eyes of my husband, who is blind, and I took this photo. I almost started crying🥲 tears of joy because she is only a three-year-old girl who is able to notice that her dad’s eyes are different. She has been doing this lately, but today was exceptional. I heard her start to say, "Daddy, you have a boo-boo on your eyes. Should I put a bandage on for you?" She also asked her dad if it hurts and if she should put a bandage on his eyes. At that point, my mouth opened in surprise, and I started crying🥲 tears of joy quietly so my husband wouldn’t notice. I cried tears of joy because, even at such a young age, she makes me proud of the children I have raised. I walked up to her and gently told her that Daddy can’t see, and I asked her to pray for Daddy to see again. Please, everyone, find it in your heart to pray for my husband—my sweet daughter‘s daddy—to see once again. We have not stopped praying, and we believe the prayers of many people are powerful. Please share this so many more people can pray for my husband as well. The Chronicles of a Woman Married to a Blind Man

WAEC Seized My English Result Twice – Patrick Obahiagbon Honourable Patrick Obahiagbon on an interview with Punch Newspaper.. Punch - Did you write exams in school in these big words? Honorable- I used such words very-very freely in my exams both at the secondary school and in my university and little wonder I had the misfortune of my English results being seized intermittently in my O’ Levels. WAEC released my results for the other subjects and withheld my English result. This happened for about three years. Twice, I passed the University Matriculation Examination but I could not proceed to the University because of my English results that were not released. At the end of the day, it was released after the third attempt. Punch - Why do you always use ‘big grammar’? Honourable- I am not really in consensus ad idem with those who opine that my idiolect is advertently obfuscative. No no no, it’s just that I am in my elements when the colloquy has to do with the pax nigeriana of our dreams and one necessarily needs to fulminate against the alcibiadian modus vivendi of our prebendal political class. Punch - How do you talk to your wife, children and even your friends? Honourable- I relate with my family and friends very warmly and in an atmosphere of camaraderie, stripped of my confutational habiliment and gladiatorial homilies. I am a very peaceful, calm, level-headed and celestially attuned soul personality. Punch - Is this the way you proposed to your wife, speaking high tech grammar? Honourable - Of course, the business of the day when I interfaced with my wife on matters of the heart had to be in plain Caeser’s language and you can decipher why that had to be so. The matter in view did not permit itself of sphinxian conundrum. Punch - Do you know that many people don’t take you too seriously when you talk because they think you are not communicating? Honourable - Why will I be perturbed from ensconcing myself in the palatable arms of Morpheus because people have deprived themselves of the cultivation of the regime of the mental magnitude? I read all the farrago of baloneys and vacuous bunkum from pepper soup objurgators. The spirit of animadversion remains their fundamental human right. It also remains an indubitable fact that I get millions and millions of requests daily from people all over the world requesting for my verbal mentorship which positive cosmopolitan reactions have assisted my equipoise and righteous sense of pachydermatous garb. I cannot put my nose to the grindstone daily and expect to be understood by those luxuriating in a modus vivendi, verging on pepper souping, goat heading, suyaing, big stouting and isiewulising. Has a philosophical wag not once pontificated that things of the spirit are spiritually discerned and that it takes the deep to call the deep? We will speak more on this matter of critiques and chichi dodo another day. Punch - Why do you pull your trousers up beyond the waist? Honourable - Hahahaha….That trousers style is called Yohji Yamamoto. It was my own audacious statement to remonstrate against the pervasive tendency of Nigerians especially our youths that took to the practice of putting on trousers exposing their lower anatomical contours and I will do it over and over again. Breaking News: Major US Policy Shift Trump Announces New Nigeria Doctrine: Christian Genocide Now Linked to Global Terrorism 2026 National Counterterrorism Strategy released today confirms Trump knows it’s not criminality, climate change, or a farmer-herder conflict. It is a long-running jihad with global ambitions. ————- The President of the United States today elevated the Nigerian Christian genocide from a religious freedom issue to a counterterrorism mission. The 2026 National Counterterrorism Strategy, signed May 6, lists two American goals in Africa under one heading, as one mission: The first is to guarantee that none of the Jihadi groups can build a base of operations that allows them to plot and execute attacks against the United States and American interests around the world. The second is to protect Christians, who have been slaughtered at the hands of these Jihadi groups. One enemy. Two fronts of the same war. This is not religious freedom language. It is counterterrorism doctrine. Counterterrorism doctrine moves missiles. The killers of Christians in Plateau and the killer of U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel Brandon Shah at Old Dominion are now officially the same enemy. President Tinubu: Your $10+ million Washington lobbying operation and no-bid contracts did not keep this off the President’s desk. Your Bush Boys and shambassadors did not make it go away. Your “brothers” and “prodigal sons” framing did not survive contact with the truth. The Christian dead you deny have been named. Sultan of Sokoto: Your throne sits in the epicenter of a long running jihad the United States has now identified as a global security concern. I have called on the Trump administration to launch an investigation into your role in all of this. Looks like it’s coming your way.  Sheikh Gumi: Your long running lovefest “negotiations“ with your bands of bloody Islamic savages have just been rejected, in writing, by the government of the United States. Boko Haram, ISWAP, the Fulani militias: You are now recognized as a direct threat to the United States. You met cruise missiles on Christmas Day. Expect more. For years, I have felt like I was the only American voice pushing this argument hard and consistently.  On March 6, 2026, I published a memorandum to President Trump titled Nigeria — The Biggest Win on the Board, encouraging this policy shift.  I made the same case the central thesis of my number-one Amazon bestseller, EPICENTER: Nigeria, Radical Islam, and the War for Global Order.  I delivered it, unvarnished, at my viral congressional briefing two weeks ago. Here’s the truth: The Nigerian jihad has raged since 1804. Same throne, same tribe, same tactics, same results: death, rape, slavery, destruction and displacement. As many as six million killed. Ten million enslaved. Twenty-five million displaced. The longest continuous genocide on the face of the earth.  The men running it have not hidden their ambition: Total Sharia across Nigeria, then global. The Trump White House just confirmed it. Hold on tight. I get the feeling things are about to get sporty. The shadow is breaking. It’s about time. #TruthMutiny #EarthShaker

My dad is the one who buys foodstuffs in the house. He buys everything in large quantities. Everything! So we've never suffered for food. The only time he eats at home is dinner. Except for weekends. One day, he said he wanted yam because he bought it in large quantity the previous month. And we told him yam is finished. He asked, "All that yams?" We answered yes. His response was, " Oga oo, I didn't even eat from it." He just went out. We felt bad when he came back carrying bag of yams, that day I realised that he doesn't even eat much from what he worked hard for. Yet he did not stop buying.
What’s one thing your FATHER did for you that made you pause and say to yourself, “this man dey really try”

🚨Breaking news!! I am starting to question Christianity ❗️ Nobody really told me this is what Christianity is about 😭 I honestly didn’t understand what I was signing up for, and now I’m starting to question my whole decision of becoming a true Christian. Nobody told me that once you become a true Christian, you get “assigned” to the Holy Spirit, like He just moves in and becomes the landlord of your whole life. And this Landlord? Ah. Too many rules 😭 “Don’t do this.” “Don’t say that.” “Don’t even think it.” Excuse me?? Even my thoughts are now under surveillance?? Nobody told me anger will now be illegal. Before, I used to express myself freely 😌 Now it’s: “Be calm… be patient… pray for them…” Pray for who?? The same person that annoyed me?? 😭 Nobody told me small lie will now feel like I committed a federal crime. Before, it was “just a tiny lie.” Now my conscience is shouting like police siren 🚨 Nobody told me I can’t even enjoy my old lifestyle in peace again. The same things I used to do freely now come with instant guilt package. Nobody told me gossip will turn into prayer request. Before: “Come let me tell you what she did…” Now: “Father Lord, bless her and guide her…” God abeg 😭 Nobody told me when someone offends me, instead of showing them my full Jezebel reaction, I’ll just smile like a customer care agent, pray silently, and walk away. Who trained me like this?? Nobody told me if I don’t pray or read my Bible, my whole day will feel somehow, like something is missing, like I forgot my Inhaler at home. I won’t rest until I pray. Nobody told me humility will just land on my head like this. Me that used to carry pride like designer bag, now I’m humble like someone applying for a visa 😭 Nobody told me some places I used to enjoy, like clubs, will now feel like I mistakenly entered another planet. I’ll just be there like: “What am I even doing here?” Honestly… nobody told me I won’t even be able to sin in peace again 😭 Now every day is: “Try again.” “Do better.” “Grow.” Ah. Nobody told me oo… but somehow… I can’t even go back 😅 I LOVE IT📌

It is said that the young man in the photo, named Ahmed Abdullah, was a pharmacist working in a pharmacy. Every month, an elderly poor woman would come to him for her medicine. She would then approach him at the cash register... Whenever she saw him, her face would light up with joy. For years, she had been buying this medicine, and this young man would only take 200 Egyptian pounds from her. She would pay and leave. Then, the young man passed away... The elderly woman returned to the same pharmacy, requested her medicine, and went to the cash register to pay 200 pounds. But he was not there. Before she could ask about him, the new cashier said: “What is this, madam?”She replied: “This is 200 pounds for the medicine.”He responded: “But this medicine costs 2,000 pounds, madam.” Surprised, she said: “But for more than three years, I have been getting it for 200 pounds from the young man who was here... Where is he?” The new cashier replied: “He passed away, madam. May God have mercy on him.” Upon reviewing the records, it was discovered that this young man had been covering 1,800 pounds of the cost every month from his own salary at the pharmacy. When the pharmacy owner learned of this, he decided to continue selling the medicine to the woman at the same price as an ongoing charity (sadaqah jariyah) for the sake of the young man’s pure soul. The least we can do to honor this exemplary young man is to let his photo travel the world without stopping, so that everyone may pray for mercy upon him. He deserves recognition.
