Signing a contract constitutes agreement to those terms. Marketing and Operation Strategy: Marketing rights and commitments are equally defined within the contract. Contractual obligations cannot be unilaterally altered or dissolved due to a sudden change of heart. Revisions to any agreement can only occur in writing with the mutual consent of both parties. Over the course of this partnership, our studio invested thousands of dollars and countless hours into promoting this title and building its visibility. Despite absorbing a significant financial loss, and while we do NOT consider this situation fair... we have chosen out of goodwill to facilitate the transfer of the Steam page, allowing the developer to retain all generated wishlists and accumulated momentum. We wish the project the best in its future development as we focus our resources on our upcoming titles."
