🇵🇰⚡ BREAKING: Darazinda Aman Mela Joint Check Post in Dera Ismail Khan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, has reportedly been completely destroyed following an alleged suicide attack.
Initial reports indicate 11 casualties among Customs, Excise and police personnel, while 2 civilians were also reportedly killed.
More than 30 people are reportedly injured, with some said to be in critical condition.

दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट ने एक मामले की सुनवाई करते हुए साफ रुख अपनाया है—नाबालिग से शारीरिक संबंध के मामले में कोई भी पर्सनल लॉ POCSO या BNS की धाराओं को ओवरराइड (खारिज) नहीं कर सकता।
कोर्ट के मुख्य बिंदु:
शादी हो जाने से किसी नाबालिग बच्चे की कानूनी उम्र नहीं बदल जाती।
मुस्लिम पर्सनल लॉ किसी शादी को मान्यता दे सकता है, लेकिन वह आपराधिक कानून से छूट नहीं दिला सकता।
18 साल से कम उम्र के बच्चों की सुरक्षा देश के कानून (POCSO/BNS) का मुख्य उद्देश्य है।
कानून की नजर में हर बच्चे का संरक्षण सबसे ऊपर है! 🇮🇳
