What do I actually use Paperclip for?
——-> Agent standups
Every day at 5PM my agents tell each other what they worked on. If anything needs more clarity or a follow-up, they can ask each other questions. I get a report in Slack on what everyone did.
——-> Agent communication
My agents don’t talk to each other through chat. They talk through tasks. Every convo is tied to work in full context of what that task is about. I will often tell one agent to create a task for another to ask questions or have them complete something.
——-> Better crons
Most agents can do scheduled tasks but they are kind of brittle. I centralize my crons as routines in Paperclip. Routines aren’t limited to one agent. I can include the entire team and multiple tasks.

Kill it. Plan mode is unnecessary now. Especially with the right harness.
we’re thinking of killing plan mode and using the shift+tab hotkey to adjust effort levels
I don’t think the models need plan mode anymore, but if you’re a plan mode diehard would love to get your feedback on why

----> I got to play with the M5 Ultra.
- It's a beast.
- It can run MORE than you think with Local AI.... (e.g. image and video generation, video editing!!)
- The price is scary.
You NEED to see what this thing can do....and then judge for yourself.....will you buy it? Is OWNING your AI enough to make you pony up the price of a car?
