liked it! overall a compelling critique of post-9/11 americaโs lust for punishment and a group to other. veered a little bit too close to sympathy for the predators at the end, but i see what they were going for. beautifully shot, loved the nightmarish visual tone towards the end

It drives me insane that the Nakbah happened just 3 years after the last Holocaust camps were liberated, and Palestinians are somehow forced to feel guilty about a European atrocity that had nothing to do with them

We've got to be able to create the circumstances within which both of these deeply traumatized people can have a conversation built on principle. But to me, the answer has to be principle. It has to be.
