All of these appear to be stating that KRC20 is an L2 (bridged to L1) while interaction with the L2 happens through the L1 (based)

No not really, after i realised what krc really is, i find them all poorly writen Loads of people agree with me. But its okay, the drama is about to end with KCC around the corner.

KCC is gonna be awesome! Keep in mind, base layer enforcement does not mean "perfect".
