Last Monday, @Keepplantingorg came into our GGs Space. We didn’t get a chance to talk much that night, but he reached out afterward just wanting to connect with more good people and spread the word about what they’re doing. He wasn’t asking for money. He wasn’t pitching anything. Just wanted to connect. We talked throughout the week and he popped into our Friday night stream. We already had a $10 giveaway loaded, so we picked him to receive it. The next day he sent me an itemized breakdown, down to the penny, showing exactly where that $10 went. He printed our Ninja Cat logo to place next to the trees and even gave me the schedule for when they would be planted. Now they’re in the ground. Seeing the pictures and the smiles that came with them says everything. Ten dollars. That’s it. And look what came from it. Keep Planting Trees, keep doing what you’re doing. You guys are doing something genuinely good, and I’m glad our paths crossed.

About a month ago, we made a decision. We stopped chasing Partner, pulled back on giveaways, and put the focus back where it belongs: building a real community and enjoying the moment together. Now the baseline is in. Across our last 10 Wednesday and Friday streams: • 45 average viewers • 113 average unique viewers • 98 average unique chatters The numbers stayed higher than I expected, and they stayed there with fewer giveaways!! Not every stream will climb in a straight line. That isn’t what a baseline means. It means we now know what the real foundation looks like. Less chasing. More community. We grow from here! That work took time away from outreach, but our sponsored stream schedule is now caught up. We’re officially opening Friday nights in October and November!
