A Manhattan therapist who founded an LGBTQ practice has been indicted for anally raping two patients in the office he ran. A second therapist there is charged with r*ping a teen patient READ THAT AGAIN!!! Joseph LoGiudice founded Liberation Psychotherapy. He led the gay men’s group. The patients came to him for therapy. One was in his 30s. He was there because he had just been s*xually assaulted. Prosecutors say he told LoGiudice he did not want sex. He was recovering from surgery on his anus. Prosecutors say LoGiudice kissed him, closed the blinds, and had oral and anal s*x with him in the office. Then told him not to tell his private therapist. A second time in that office, prosecutors say LoGiudice anally r*ped him. The patient had panic attacks. He reported it on August 18, 2026. The second patient came in for an abusive relationship. Prosecutors say LoGiudice told him he was attractive and commented on his penis. November 2025, prosecutors say he texted that patient: “When can I suck on that d—k.” Judge Cori Weston set bail at $100,000 cash. WAIT….It gets worse….. September 16. Another therapist at that same practice. Remington Yhap, 47. Indicted for r*ping a teenage patient. The DA says the patient was a 17-year-old transgender boy. The DA says the teen started therapy in September 2025. Prosecutors say Yhap sent him explicit photos and videos, exposed his penis on a video session, and asked the teen to send explicit photos back. June 2026. Prosecutors say he r*ped the teen during an in-person session. The teen reported it the next month. One of LoGiudice’s patients came forward after hearing about Yhap. Two therapists. One practice. One charged with r*ping adult patients. One indicted for raping a teenage patient. WHEN WILL IT STOP!!!!!!!!!!
