When I moved to a new State, they couldn't find voter info. All I had to do was sign an affidavit under penalty of perjury attesting it was me. Later, I checked online, and my vote was counted. I learned it would be a good idea to check online prior to voting. No BIG deal for ensuring voter integrity.
